At Foodco, strict Quality Control system are put in place to ensure quality of the product. Our trained quality assurance team ensures that all our products are conforming to specifications. The Quality Control Team is divided into two such as Online Quality Controllers as well as analytical experts. The Online QC is working under a QC Manager who is leading the team and responsible to ensure each and every production activity right from the receiving the raw materials up to the dispatch point of the final product.

Quality is the watchword at Foodco. Quality checks are done at various stages of production. The full fledged micro biology laboratory within the premises keeps a check on the hygienic aspect. Entire step in process strictly follows HACCP norms.

Only trained professionals and Government of India approved technologists are appointed in the laboratory. The online QC( Quality Check) for quality assurance draws samples from all production lines at regular intervals of 2 hrs.
