The modern factory is equipped with state of the art machinery and gadgets. This ensures TQM (Total Quality Management) of the factory. The whole factory is divided into three main plants for segregated processing of Vegetables, Seafood and Indian ethnic foods. All conform to HACCP norms.

 

The quality checks begin right at the receiving area and are followed right through washing, cutting or peeling, processing, storing and packaging. Most modern freezing equipments are utilized to store products fresh with different types of techniques like contact freezing, blast freezers, IQF etc. Metal detectors are kept at various points in the production line to rule out foreign objects.

 

In house Labs help to maintain stringent standards of quality. The full-fledged Microbiology Laboratory is an asset to ensure process control. Being located just 20 km from Cochin Sea port is yet another bonus point as it is easier for logistics which becomes still more convenient with the in- house Container stuffing facility.
