Foodco Delicacies India (P) Ltd., is a multi faceted food industry engaged in the processing and export of FROZEN food products. The Company works on three segments viz., Ready to Eat Indian ethnic food Products, Frozen Vegetables as well as Seafood. 

The factory is located 5 km from National Highway at the border of Cochin, situated in a land extent of 1.5 acres. Ideally located in the heartland of Seafood industries in India, Foodco has become one of the trusted names in the industry. The total built up area of the factory is 50000 sq ft which is segregated into three different production lines for accommodating Seafood, Vegetable and other food processing. The factory is facilitated with most modern freezing equipments and other food processing machineries and is having full-fledged microbiology laboratory for quality control management. The production is controlled by 100% professionals who have vast experience in food processing industry.

Foodco has implemented the Food Safety Programmes like HACCP, BRC etc.  In addition to that, the company has ISO 22000 certification.  The Company is approved by European Union for Seafood processing. 

VEGETABLE PROCESSING
FOODCO has been retained the position of leading processor and exporter of CASSAVA (TAPIOCA) for the last five years according to the statistics provided by Cochin Chamber of Commerce & Industries. Cassava (Tapioca) is processed in the State of the art plant with specially designed processing array and equipment. Foodco is the only company in India which has reverse integration on tapioca (cassava). The Company is having its own farm in an area of 300 acres where tapioca cultivation is conducted in a professional manner with the aid of agricultural scientists.

Foodco processes different kinds of other vegetables, both leafy and root such as Bitter Guard (Karela), Long beans, Chinese potato, Vegetables mixes for Sambar, Avial etc. Shredded Coconut is another important product which the Company process in high quantity regularly. SEAFOOD LINE
Foodco is a European Union approved factory and it process almost all kinds of Seafood products. The block frozen shrimps is processed on regular basis and the same is being exported to different European countries. Foodco has vast pre processing facilities both in-house and through contract processing centres which are located very close to the factory.
Tuna is the major item which the Company is handling in very high volume. Besides this, other Seafood products like Squid, Cuttle fish and other fishery products are processed and exported. Please see the list of products and images.

READY TO EAT / READY TO COOK
Foodco is handling almost 125 different products in this Segment which are either Ready to eat or Ready to cook. Foodco has adopted the culture of professional production management system for the production of Indian ethnic food products. The industrial kitchen of the Company is well equipped with most modern facility which keeps Foodco as the front runner in the industry. The strength of Foodco in this segment is based on a team work. The team consists of different professionals like Chefs and Supervisors who are qualified from Premier Catering Institutes. The Quality Control team comprises of microbiology analysts, sensor evaluation as well as Online quality managers.
